| 摘 要： | 研究孝感米酒对小鼠记忆力及抗氧化作用的影响。D-半乳糖造小鼠衰老模型,分别灌胃高、中、低浓度孝感米酒,30d后一次性被动回避反应试验检测各试验组小鼠行为学变化,并进行脑、血液、肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量检测。结果表明,各浓度组小鼠反应时间都明显减少(P<0.01),其中,低浓度组小鼠学习成绩显著提高,潜伏期显著延长;脑、红细胞和肝脏SOD活性显著提高(P<0.01),明显降低了脑、血清及肝脏MDA含量(P<0.01)。
