| Abstract: | Knowledge management is the basis of knowledge sharing.At present,the factors of the management system and technology,the complexity of knowledge,the imbalance of costs and income and cultural ethos and so on forms the obstacle of knowledge sharing.Knowledge sharing should be promoted by the joint efforts of goverments,administrative departments and personnel of scientific technology. |
