河西走廊发展啤酒大麦刍议

啤酒大麦是酿制啤酒的主要原料。近几年来,随着啤酒工业的高速发展,出现啤酒大麦的提供量与啤酒工业发展不相平衡的新情况,供需矛盾日益突出,国家迫切要求各地就近建立优质啤酒大麦生产基地。我省河西走廊的生态条件宜于发展啤酒大麦,水土资源也较丰富,试种中已初步掌握了栽培技术,啤酒大麦的开发种植,将有利于农、牧、工业的综合发展,增加农民经济收入。

My Humble Opinion About Devloping Beerbarley In Hexi Corridor

The beerbarley is a main raw material for brewing beer. With the rapid development of beer industry, a new situation in short supply of beerbarley has arisen. Because of this, it is necessary to establish some bases for producing beerbarley in good quality nearby. The suitable ecological environment and rich in water and soil resources provide a good condition for planting beerbarley in Hexi corridor. The cultivation technology of beerbarley hasbeen initially: known somewehere in Hexi corridor. It is obvious that the extension of growing beerbarley will facilitate the synthetical development of agriculture, animal husbandry and industry and increase the farmer's income as well.
