Rural residents' cultural consumption is directly related to the development of economic society .In North Anhui , the consumption has been problematic , for instance , failure to reflect sufficient positive energy , worrisome consumption environment , single consumption form , and prominent educational consumption issues ,etc .Therefore ,government needs to guide rural residents to keep pace with times in terms of consumption concepts ,promote healthy cultural consumption positively , standardize market management of cultural consumption and lead the evolution of cultural consumption according to local conditions so as to solve the problems effectively .
