摘    要:[目的]为筛选能替代常规基质的育苗材料。[方法]以云烟85为试材,以黄沙、河沙、粉碎的石粉、珍珠岩和草炭为基质,采用随机区组设计,共设7组处理,在移栽前10 d和移栽时进行测定,测定烤烟幼苗的干物质积累量以及茎高、茎围、最大叶面积、根长、根宽、根表面积等形态指标。[结果]处理④对烤烟的干物质积累的影响最大;处理⑤对茎高的影响最大;处理⑥有利于培育粗茎苗、增大叶面积;CK能使烤烟苗根系形态构成因素变化呈上升趋势,其他各处理除根宽、根表面积略有增大外,其余因素均呈下降趋势。[结论]黄沙、河沙、石粉有利于烤烟茎叶的生长发育、干物质积累,常规基质对根系生长较为有利。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to choose breeding materials which can substitute common medium. Method] With Yunyan85 as test materials, and with yellow-sand, river sand, stone powder, perlite, peat as medium, used randomized block design, designed seven treatments, dry matter accumulation and different morphological index such as stem height, stem thickness, maximum leaf area, root length, root width, root area were determined before 10 days of transplant and at transplant. Result] Treatment ④ had the most influence on dry matter accumulation; treatment ⑤ had the most influence on stem height; treatment ⑥ was beneficial to generate big stem seedlings and increase leaf area; CK could make the changes of factors of form construction of flue-cured tobacco seedlings showed increasing trend, the other treatments could make the factors showed decreased trend besides root width and root area. Conclusion] Yellow-sand, river sand and stone power were beneficial to growth and development, dry matter accumulation of stem and leaf of flue-cured tobacco, and common medium was beneficial to root growth.
