摘    要:以硫酸铵为唯一氮源的选择性培养基,通过富集培养,从天然养鱼池塘中筛选出一株能够降解废水中高浓度氨氮的菌株A4,并能耐受废水中的重金属离子,在造纸废水中48 h的降解速率为44%,通过革兰氏染色、菌落形态和分子生物学鉴定为木糖氧化无色杆菌反硝化亚种。

Abstract:A high effective microorganism A4 degrading ammonia-nitrogen has been isolated from a fish pond by the selected culture medium with (NH4)2SO4 as exclusive nitrogen source.It can bear the poison of heavy metal ion. In the wastewater,the degrading rate of NH4-N by A4 is over 44%within 48 h.Identified by biochemical methods, gram-stain reaction,PCR and electron microscope,this bacterim is Achromobacter xylosoxidans denitrificans.
