| 摘 要： | 阐述了植株中Fe（Ⅱ）的测定方法，利用Fe2 与邻菲啉在酸性介质中形成红色配合物，经CHCl3萃取于有机相，用光度法进行测定，同时对测定条件进行了一系列研究，测定结果相对标准偏差为1．13％，回收率在103％～104％之间，其结果较为满意。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced a methods to determine ferrousion in plane In acid media,ferrous iron and Ortho-phenanthroline can form a kind of red complex and the complex can be determinated by photometric method, after it is extracted by CHCl3. The relative standard deviation of determination result was 1. 10% and the recovery was 103%-104%. |
