粤琼合作发展热带观光农业 推动新型城镇化

新型城镇化是今年的重大议题。发展热带观光农业，为新型城镇化提供产业支撑和生态效益。广东和海南的城镇化发展速度较快，但区域发展不平衡。研究发现，两省发展热带观光农业具备有利的条件，符合双方的共同利益。因此，根据两省的实际情况，探索热带观光农业的合作机制，以期对两省新型城镇化的发展有所帮助。

Cooperation and Development on Tropical Sightseeing Agriculture between Guangdong and Hainan Provinces to Promote New Urbanization

New urbanization has been a significant topic this year. Developing tropical sightseeing agriculture can provide industrial support and ecological benefit for new urbanization. Although urbanization of Guangdong and Hainan provinces has developed fast, some regions developed unbalancedly. It is necessary to innovate a competition mechanism to jointly promote new urbanization. Two provinces owning favorable conditions of developing tropic sightseeing agriculture are catering for the interests of both parties through research. Therefore, according to their actual situations, exploring Guangdong and Hainan competition mechanism of tropic sightseeing agriculture might be useful to develop two provinces' new urbanization.
