摘    要:为保证水稻直播机有较好的作业效率,从水稻直播机水田轮胎的特点出发,分析了轮子在水田的运行条件及轮胎的沦陷分析,从而为防止轮胎沦陷对水田轮胎的参数进行了设计;同时,对设计的窄型轮胎进行了防沦陷分析,最后在水田中进行试验.试验表明:该轮胎能使轮胎花纹抓着硬底层,使直播机发挥出一定的牵引力,在运行过程中不沦陷,为水稻直播机的机械化奠定了较好的基础.

Abstract:For increasing the working efficiency of direct rice seeder,from the walking characteristics of the seeder in paddy field,the working conditions of the walking wheels in paddy field were analyzed.To meet the anti-fall requirements,the basis parameters of the tyre were designed,the anti-fall properties of the narrow tyre were analyzed,and the working tests of the direct rice seeder were done in paddy field.The experimental results indicate that the convex surface of the tyres can grasp the hard soil floor to...
