羊草叶面积的测定方法

摘    要:目的]研究一种羊草叶面积方便、快捷的测定方法。方法]试验在分析羊草叶面积和叶长宽积之间关系的基础上,以数字图像法为对照进行比较研究。结果]确定了计算羊草叶面积的修正系数k值为0.6555,通过相关回归分析和误差分析结果表明,k值精确度较高。结论]利用长宽数据计算得到的结果与对照实测结果相比具有较高的一致性,适于野外羊草叶面积的快速、无损测定。
