| 摘 要： | 科学合理的建设用地需求预测能够为土地利用总体规划提供有力的科学依据。引入灰色系统理论,利用阿克苏市1999~2005年建设用地统计数据建立灰色序列GM(1,1)模型,对阿克苏市建设用地需求进行预测。结果表明:预测结果通过精度检验,具有有效性和实用性。

| Abstract: | The scientific and reasonable prediction of constructive land demand could provide powerful basis for general planning of land use.The gray GM(1,1) model was established based on the statistic data of constructve land in Aksu from 1999 to 2005,and the constructive land demand was predicted.The result showed that the prediction passed the accuracy test with validity and practicality. |
