竹炭孔隙性状的探索

摘    要:将竹炭横切面与纵切面的扫描电镜照片放入计算机进行处理,得到竹炭两个切面的轮廓图像和二值化图像.运用Autocad软件,观察到竹炭孔隙形状极不规则,为曲线型,孔隙表面为非平滑表面.依据分形理论,竹炭孔隙非平滑表面具有分形特征,以盒计数法测定竹炭孔隙表面分形维数D =2.2723.对竹炭两切面的二值化图像进行像素扫描,计算出竹炭横切面孔隙率为56.26%,纵切面孔隙率为62.37%.以直观图像为研究对象,得到竹炭孔隙的基本特征,对表征孔隙结构有一定参考价值.

Abstract:The SEM pictures of bamboo charcoal transverse and vertical section were processed by computer to form profile and binary image.Using AutoCAD software,the irregular pore shape and curved and non-smooth surface of bamboo charcoal were observed.According to fractal theory,non-smooth pore surface of bamboo charcoal should have fractal characteristics,and the fractal dimension of pore surface was D=1.2723 in terms of the box counting method.The results of pixel scanning to two-section binary image of bamboo cha...
