摘    要:根据抗病柱花草中的1个AFLP特异片段SG2950-1设计引物,利用RACE技术从Mineirao柱花草中克隆到一个MSRA基因:经测序比对,该序列与细胞色素氧化酶系基因有较高的相似性.构建了植物表达载体,通过冻融法将该载体质粒转入根癌农杆菌LBA4404,为进行该基因的功能分析奠定了基础.

Abstract:MSRA gene was cloned by using the method of rapid amplification of cDNA end (RACE) with the primer based on an AFLP special fragment designed. The sequencing showed that the sequence of this fragment shared high similarity with that of Cytochrome Oxidase genes. The MSRA gene was cloned into plant expression vector, and the recombination plasmids were then transformed into Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 by using the freezing-melting transformation method, which facilitates Agrobacterium mediated transformation of MSRA gene into plant.
