半夏的组织培养与快繁试验

摘    要:以传统中药半夏的小块茎为外植体进行组织培养,对适合不定芽分化增殖、生根的培养基进行了研究。结果表明,利于愈伤组织诱导的培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,利于不定芽增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L,利于生根的培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/L。试验表明,应用本项组织培养技术大批量生产优质半夏种苗是可行的。

Abstract:The small tubers from Pinellia ternata were used as explants for tissue culture.The culture media for multiplication of adventitious bud and rooting were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the suitable culture medium for inducing calli was MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L,while that for multiplication of adventitious bud was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,for rooting was MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L.And it was practicable to produce a large number of high quality Pinellia ternata plantlets by this tissue...
