牧草种子基地建设基本经验和措施初探

Preliminary study on the basic experience and measures for the establishment of a forage grass seed-base

The establishment of forage grass seed-base is a fundamental project of the national key ecological construction.It has very important meaning to satisfy the demands of seed for ecological construction,returning the cropland into grassland and returning the grazing land into grassland.More-than-four-year practice showed that the establishment of the seed base must be set up on the reliable,correct!and completed basic information and scientific design.The basic requirement for project construction was to follow the designed plan and the regulations concerned.The prerequisite for the long-term existence of the seed base was scientific management and operation.Based on the present seed marketing situations,to manage and adjust the relationship between the seed and grass or grass products and adopt advanced management measures for development in multi-direction and thinking was the key to increase the economic benefit and gradually promote the seed base getting into the standardization.
