辣椒属种间杂交及杂种鉴定研究

摘    要:通过辣椒属5个栽培种(Capsicum annuum, C. chinense, C. f rutescens, C. baccatumC. pubescens) 种间正反杂交试验, 获得了3株C. baccatum ×C. chinense (Hbc ) 和7株C. annuum ×C. chinense(Hac ) 种间杂种植株。除Hac-7单株表型异常外, 其他杂种F1植株均生长正常。Hac、Hbc花粉可染率分别为13.9%和23.8% , 显著低于其双亲。同一组合内单株间花粉育性、形态性状和同工酶电泳图谱表现一致,形态学观察和过氧化物同工酶电泳分析结果均验证了种间杂种的真实性。

Abstract:Three hybrid p lants from the combination of Capsicum baccatum ×C. chinense (Hbc ) and seven hybrid plants of C. annuum ×C. chinense (Hac ) were obtained through recip rocal interspecific hybridizations among the five cultivated species C. annuum, C. chinense, C. frutescens, C. baccatum, and C. pubescens. Excep t for the Hac-7 which exhibited virus-like symp toms, all the other hybrid p lants grew normally.The pollen stainability percentages of Hac and Hbc were 13.9% and 23.8%, respectively, and were significantly lower than those of their corresponding parents. The pollen stainability percentage, morphological charactersand band patterns of isozyme in the hybrid p lantswere identicalwithin each combination. The nature of hybridwas confirmed by morphological characteristics and isozyme (peroxidase) analysis.
