摘    要:RNA干扰(RNAi)是外源性或内源性双链RNA诱发的mRNA水平上的基因沉默机制。RNAi技术具有高效性和特异性,具有广阔的前景。将RNAi应用于许多病毒性疾病的治疗研究取得了显著的基因沉默效果,为病毒性疾病的预防和治疗开辟了一条新途径。

Abstract:RNA interference is a gene silencing mechanism induced by exogenous or ecdogenous dsRNA on the level of mRNA.RNAi technology has high efficiency and specificity,and a wide promising future in application as more work spending in its developing.Recently,the research in the RNA interference application on treatment of many viral diseases has obtained remarkable results.This has established a new path of the prevention and treatment against viruses.In this article RNA interference action mechanism and porcine antiviral research and its perspective were summarized.
