摘    要:以茎段为试材,通过组织培养技术,探讨丛生芽诱导与增殖过程中的激素选择问题。结果表明:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.05 mg.L-1+GA31.0 mg.L-1是适合的培养基。

Abstract:The stem piece as material was used to discuss the problem of the different hormone selected on the induction and proliferation of the fasciculate bud.The results showed that the medium with MS+6-BA2.0 mg·L~(-1)+NAA0.05 mg·L~(-1)+GA_31.0 mg·L~(-1) gave the best effect.
