| 摘 要： | 对我国部分地区农产品备案制度的成功实践进行分析,总结存在的不足,并对建立农产品市场准入备案信息系统建设展开论述,包括信息采集、入市流程设计和系统的功能模块设计,最后提出做好农产品入市备案信息系统全程化监控的若干措施。

| Abstract: | The successful practices and the existing problems on market access filing rules of agricultural products in some regions of China were analyzed in this paper.The construction of the information system about market access filing of agricultural product were summarized as well including information collection,process design and function module design of information system.Finally,this paper put forward the integrated control measures for monitoring the information system. |
