辣椒不育系制种与可育系制种相关性状的比较研究

进行了不育系、保持系与2个恢复系间的不完全双列杂交试验.试验结果表明,以不育系作母本时,杂交果实的坐果率、平均单果质量、单果平均种子数均明显高于保持系作母本时,但对杂交种子的千粒质量影响不大;同时,不同的恢复系对杂交果实的坐果率、平均单果质量、单果平均种子数均有一定的影响.

Comparison of Relevant Characters of Hybrid Seeds Production between Hot Pepper Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Line and Fertile Line

As the male parents, two restorers were crossed to the CMS line and its maintainer respectively using the method of incomplete diallel cross design. The results showed that, when took the CMS line as female parent, the percentage of fertile fruit, average weight and seed numbers of a single fruit were obviously higher, compared with taking the maintainer as female parent, but it had no influence on the thousand seed weight. Meanwhile, it had a little influence on the percentage of fertile fruit, average weight and seed numbers of a single fruit, when the male parent was different.
