| Abstract: | The analysis methods of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in plant was reviewed, and the factors affected the contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid such as plant species, cultivars, different parts, developmental stages, places of production, were also discussed in this paper. The aim is to provide some important information about reasonable exploitation and applicationof ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in plants. |
