摘    要:乳酸菌广泛应用在食品、药品、保健品等行业中,作为一种益生菌,它与人体健康密切相关。就乳酸菌的概况、功效、应用,以及与人体肠道的关系和不适用人群等方面进行了综述。

Abstract:Lactobacillus were generally applied in food,drug,function food and so on.As a kind of probiotics,they are related to our health.This article is an overview about the effectiveness and application of lactobacillus,the relationship between Lactobacillus and intestinal tract and which kind of people are not fit to consume the products with them.
