| 摘 要： | 人工感染ＮＪ株ＲＨＤＶ病毒死兔肝经低温反复冻融，氯仿处理，ＰＥＧ沉淀、Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ－４Ｂ柱层析得纯化病毒。纯化病毒经尿素－聚丙烯酰胺圆盘等电聚聚焦，考马斯亮蓝染色紫外扫描显示８条多肽，其等电点及相对百分含量分别为Ａ：６．３，１８，５１％；Ｂ＝６．７，１１．２２％；Ｃ：７．４％；Ｄ：７．７，８．５３％；Ｅ：８．１，７，２７％Ｆ：８．７，１２．４４％Ｇ：９．０。１６，１８％，Ｈ：９．５，２２．２

| Abstract: | Rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) were purified from the infected liver emulsion by freezing and thawing, chioroform extraction, PEG precipitation and Sepharose-4B Chromatography. Eight peptides were scanned by uliraviolet (560nm) after isoelectric focusing the isoelectric point and the relative quantity of each peptide are A:6.3, 18.50%;B:6.7, 11.22%;C:7.4, 4.90%;D:7.7, 8.53%;E:8.1, 7.27%;F:8.7, 12.44%;G:9.0, 16.18%;H:9.5, 22.27% respectively. The results showed the proteins of RHDV are mainly composed of basic proteins. |
