摘    要:为充分发挥工程效益、合理调度水资源,从网络规划角度结合水系特点、湖库闸站配置及水流的方向,将湖泊作为连接省级调度中心和管理处的桥梁,设计了一般情况下东线水资源网络系统结构,指出了东线工程在不同水源情况下存在不同的网络结构的特点。

Abstract:In order to realize the project's benefit and distribute water resource rationally,a common water resource network system's structure of Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer in the view of network programme was designed,which combined the characteristic of water system with the administrative ownership of lake,sluice,station and water orientation.Lake becomes a bridge to combine province distribution center and management office.The characteristic of different network structure existing in case of different sources of water in the Eastern route of south-to-north water transfer was pointed out.
