世界集装箱底板用材的新进展

９０年代初，开发集装箱硬木底板替代材料，以保护热带雨林生态，促进世界集装箱制造业的发展，成为世界造箱业和环保组织热衷的共同话题。本文对集装箱一直在使用的热带硬林底板的资源状况作了分析，讨论了种类新型集装箱底板的结构和主要物理机械加工使用性能；并从森林保护、原料来源、生产工艺及制造成本等方面，对各种新型底板的发展前景作了初步预测。

The Techinical Progress in Manufacturing Container Floor

Container manufacturers and environmentalists are making great efforts to seek new substitutes for tropical hardwood as a main material for making container. This is urgent for the protection of natural ecological environment and the development of container industry. This paper analyses te present situation of Apitong resources, which used to be the main material for container making, compares the structural characteristics, physic-chemical properties of various kinds of container floor, displays their technological process, material supply and costs. The prospects of various kinds of products are also discussed.
