用兔毛氨基酸含量作为德系安哥拉兔早期选种指标的研究

USING AMINO ACID CONTENT OF THE WOOL AS CRITERIA FOR EANLY STNLY SELECTION IN RABBIT BREEDING

Amino acid contents in th blood and wool of 55 German Angora rabbits were measured at two growth stages ( 2-month-old and 5-month-old ) using an automatic acid analyzer. The relationships of different amino acids, and the conrelation between amino acid contents and wool producing capacity were analysed. A multiple regression equation was formulated using wool producing capacity as the dependent variable and amino acid contents as independent variables. It was shown that the regnession equation of wool producing capacity on amino acid contents of 2-month-old rabbits can be used as criteria for early stage selection in rabbit breeding.
