摘 要: | 1979-1981年分别对D、E、B、C品系和D、E、S品系以及D、E、N、S品系用完全双列杂交方法测定其主要性状的配合力.结果表明,E系的产蛋量和蛋重的一般配合力最高,体重的一般配合力最低,具有较高的饲料转化率和较好的蛋质,是一个较理想的母本素材. 杂交组合NE产蛋量高,具有显著的杂种优势,蛋重大,料蛋比低,是一个优秀的杂交组合,可作为配套品系杂交鸡向商品场和养鸡专业户推广.

THE TEST OF COMBINING ABILITY OF DIFFERENT LINES IN WHITE EGGSHELL CHICKENS |

Abstract: | The test of combining ability has been carried out in the lines D, E, B,C in 1979, D, E, S in 1980 and D, E, N, S in 1981, respectively, according to the complete diallel crossing scheme. Experimental results showed that, of these lines, general combining abilities of line E were the highest in number of eggs and egg weight and that for body weight the lowest. Line E also exhibited better egg quality and higher food conversion ratio. These data demonstrated that line E is desirable to be used as maternal line. The N×E hybrid manifested significant hybrid vigor in number of eggs,egg weight and food conversion ratio. Therefore, it is a superior hybrid that should be propagated to commercial poultry farms. |
