Abstract:Cryopreservation was considered to be an ideal means for the long-term and genetic stability storage of plant germplasm resources and more than 200 species have been done with the method.In this paper,the mechanism of cryopreservation,conserving-steps,affecting-factors and so on were summarized and the development trend of it was prospected.
