| 摘 要： | 利用Bayes动态预测方法建立了我国房屋销售价格指数的Bayes动态预测模型,并将其预测结果与一般曲线回归预测模型的预测结果进行了比较。结果表明Bayes动态预测模型的预测效果具有明显的优越性。

| Abstract: | The Bayes dynamic prediction model of the house sale price index in China was established by the Bayes dynamic prediction method.The prediction results of the Bayes prediction model and the ones of the curvilinear regression predition model are compared.The results show that the Bayes dynamic prediction model is better than the curvilinear regression prediction model. |
