| 摘 要： | 我国在20世纪70年代提出了农业现代化概念,随着对农业特点、规律的认识逐步深入,并结合我国农业发展现状和基本国情,中央适时提出了建设中国特色农业现代化的目标。阐释了具体国情下中国特色农业现代化的本质要求和基本内涵,提出了我国发展和实现中国特色农业现代化的基本方略和途径。
