| 摘 要： | 国家“十一五”环境保护规划指标体系兼顾了“十一五”期间国家环保工作重点与全面建设小康社会总目标的阶段需求，充分体现了我国“十一五”期间的阶段特点，很好地引领了全国环境保护工作的推进。在分析国家不同环境保护时期及相关文件中关于农村环境保护的目标指标设计的基础上，提出了“十二五”农村环境保护总体目标，并对“十二五”农村环境保护指标进行了筛选及优化，提出了“十二五”农村环境保护的建议与对策。
