小鼠不同品系、性别及体重对猪丹毒活疫苗(GC42株)安全评价的影响

摘    要:为了解小鼠不同品系、性别及体重对猪丹毒活疫苗安全评价的影响,按照《中华人民共和国兽药典》猪丹毒活疫苗安全检验方法,对小鼠品系(KM、ICR、C57BL/6N、BALB/c)、性别及体重3个因素进行研究。结果显示:上述4种品系小鼠按照2头份接种均可通过猪丹毒活疫苗(GC42株)安全检验,但接种剂量增加后,BALB/c小鼠死亡率最高,C57BL/6N小鼠耐受力最强;高剂量组雄性小鼠死亡率显著高于雌性小鼠;同时,小鼠随着体重增加其耐受力也在增强。本研究首次发现C57BL/6N和BALB/c小鼠在兽用疫苗安全评价中耐受力存在较大差异,这提示在开展相关动物试验中应重视上述因素对结果的影响。

Abstract:In order to recognize the influence of different strains(KM,ICR,C57 BL/6 N and BALB/c),genders and body weights of mice on safety evaluation of veterinary biological products,the above three factors were studied in accordance with the safety test method of swine erysipelas live vaccine(GC42)specified in Veterinary Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China. The results showed that four strains of mice with vaccination at double dose per mouse could pass the test,but BALB/c mice represented the highest mortality and C57 BL/6 N showed the strongest tolerance with the increasing dose. The mortality of male mice at higher dose was significantly higher than that of the female ones,and their tolerance was also increasing with the increase of their body weights. In this study,the tolerance levels of C57 BL/6 N and BALB/c mice to veterinary vaccine were firstly found to be quite different through the evaluation,which indicated that the influence of the above factors on test results should be paid attention to in relevant animal experiments.
