氢化物原子荧光法测定稻谷中无机砷的研究

摘    要:为研究稻谷中无机砷含量及分布,分别以稻谷、糙米、大米、米糠作为检验样品,采用氢化物原子荧光法测定无机砷;对无机砷的测定方法(GB/T5009.11原子荧光光度法)的实验步骤做了部分改进,加标回收率为93.8%~100.0%。

Abstract:For further studying the concentration and distribution of inorganic arsenic in grain,paddy,brown rice,rice and rice bran were taken as the tested sample respectively,the method of Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was applied to determine the inorganic arsenic.The test procedures of GB/T5009.11 had been improved and the recovery of standard addition reached 93.8%~100.0%.
