| Abstract: | Purchasing books at the scene is still in its prosperity and is being admitted by more and more libraries due to its numerous advantages. The thesis is started with book-purchasing at the scene and then gives suggestions to the publishing house, book seller and library on the preparation work they should do during the book purchasing so as to guarantee the quality of book purchasing and achieve a win-win situation. |
