| 摘 要： | 对6个镇稻系列籼型三系恢复系的遗传基础、株型特征、产量结构、品质、抗逆性、恢复力与配合力等进行了分析比较,总结出镇稻系列籼型三系恢复系选育成功的经验:以丰富的遗传背景为基础,杂种优势利用与株型改良相结合,采用系谱法和低世代配合力测定法,强调恢复系的产量、品质、抗逆性、株型、恢复力和配合力的整体提高。

Breeding Tactics of Indica Three-line Restoring Lines in Zhen-rice Series and Enlightenment |

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed and compared the inheritance basis,plant-type character,yield structure,quality,adversity resistance,resilience,combining ability and so on of six indica three-line restoring lines in Zhen-rice series,and summed up the following experience in successful breeding of indica three-line restoring lines in Zhen-rice series: on the basis of abundant genetic background,combining the utilization of heterosis with improvement of plant-type,adopting genealogy method and method of determining the combining ability in low generation,emphasizing the whole enhancement in yield,quality,adversity resistance,plant-type,resilience and combining ability of restoring line. |
