| Abstract: | In the paper it described the climate characteristic and the territorial current situation in greening of Heilongjiang province, showed we should enhance development of Spring Wild Flowers and Plants in order to improve no blossoming in spring in the whole province, and particularized the flower species could cultivate in springtime. |
