| 摘 要： | 食用菌栽培学实验是一门实践性、技术性很强的课程。从食用菌栽培学实验课教学中遇到的问题入手,对食用菌栽培学实验课的教学大纲、教材、教学课件、课堂教学和实验考核等方面的改革进行了研究,并就食用菌栽培学实验室建设和实验基地建设对提高实验教学质量的作用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Edible fungus cultivation experiment is a practical and highly technical course. This paper begins with the problems encountered in the teaching of edible fungus cultivation experiment, discusses the curricula, teaching materials, teaching software, teaching and laboratory evaluation, and other aspects of its reform and explores the construction of laboratory and experiment base to improve the quality of teaching this course. |
