富硒李子生产技术研究

摘    要:为了稳定和提高李子生产的效益,选用富硒有机肥进行富硒李子的生产技术研究。试验选用长沙隆兴化工有限公司生产的有机富硒液体肥,在李子生长的不同时期,施用不同用量的富硒有机肥,测定成熟期李子中的富硒效果,结果表明:在膨果期(果子5 mm)时,用富硒有机肥3000 mL/hm2兑水450 kg均匀喷施李子树的全株叶片。成熟李子果肉中的硒含量可以富集到0.0255~0.0296 mg/kg,达到国家富硒水果的标准。同时,还可以提高可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性糖,改善果型,提高商品性。具体的施用方法为:在膨果期(果子5 mm)时,用富硒有机肥1500 mL/hm2兑水450 kg均匀喷施李子树的全株叶片。间隔15日后再喷施1次。通过应用该方法生产富硒李子,可以稳定和提高李子生产效益的提高,促进丘陵区、山区等李子产区精准扶贫。

Selenium-enriched Plum: Study on Production Technology
Abstract:To stabilize and improve plum production benefits, using organic selenium-enriched liquid fertilizer produced by Longxing Chemical Co., Ltd, of Changsha, we determine the selenium enrichment effect of the fertilizer on plums at maturity by applying different dosages at different periods of plum growth. The results showed that: during fruit enlargement period (when fruit size was 5 mm), by spraying selenium- enriched organic fertilizer at 3000 mL/hm2, 3750 mL/hm2 by adding 450 kg water on the plum leaves evenly, the content of selenium in mature plum pulp could be enriched to 0.0255, 0.0296 mg/kg, respectively, meeting the national standards of selenium- enriched fruit, at the same time, soluble solids, vitamin C, and soluble sugar were increased, fruit shape and commodity were improved. The specific application method is: during fruit enlargement period (fruit size of 5 mm), spraying selenium-enriched organic fertilizer at 1500 mL/hm2 with 450 kg water evenly on plum leaves, and spraying 1 more time after 15 days. The method can stabilize and improve the production benefits of selenium- enriched plums, and promote the targeted poverty alleviation in plum producing areas such as hilly regions and mountainous areas.
