新疆环博斯腾湖地区生态安全及其维护

博斯腾湖是我国最大的内陆淡水湖,以其特殊的地理位置和丰富的自然资源,成为维护焉耆盆地生态平衡,社会经济发展的重要屏障。然而,随着水土资源的大强度开发,以及当地经济的迅速发展,环博斯腾湖地区的环境问题日益突出,并且影响到该地区的生态安全。客观、清醒、准确地认识环博斯腾湖地区存在的生态安全问题,制定相应的整治对策,构建起一套科学、规范、完善的区域生态安全保障体系,对于实现区域生态安全与社会经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文阐述了生态安全的概念,在充分剖析该地区生态安全面临的主要问题基础上,提出了生态安全维护的对策。

Ecological Security and its Remediation in Bostan Lake Ring Area in Xin Jiang

Bostan Lake is the largest inland fresh lake of China. Owing to its special geographical location and rich natural resources, Bostan Lake serves as an important screen to protect the ecosystem of Yanqi Basin and the socio-economical development for the local people. However, with the excessive cultivation and exploitation of natural resources, and with the rapid development of local economy, the environmental problems are increasingly serious. To build up a ecologically secure system on a scientific, regulative and complete basis is of great significance to the local ecological security and social-economic sustainable development. The paper illustrated the concept of ecological security and put forward some protective measures on the basis of the analysis of the problems with the local ecological security.
