西伯利亚白刺的微繁技术

摘    要:以西伯利亚白刺(Nitraria sibirica)的幼嫩茎段为外植体,采用正交设计及方差分析对影响西伯利亚白刺植株离体培养的因素进行了优化研究,培育出了西伯利亚白刺的组培苗。结果表明,适合初代培养的培养基是N6 IBA1.0mg/L 6-BA1.0mg/L,适合继代增殖的培养基为N6 IBA0.1mg/L 6-BA2.0mg/L,适合壮苗的培养基是不加激素的N6培养基,适合生根的培养基为MS IBA0.5mg/L。

Abstract:The influencing factors of Nitraria sibirica in vitro cultivation were optimized by orthogonal design and variance analysis using tender stem of N.sibirica as explants.Tissue cultured seedlings were obtained by means of culture medium with different concentrations of hormone.Results show that N6 culture medium supplemented with IBA 1.0 mg/L and 6-BA 1.0 mg/L is the optimal medium for primary culture,N6 with IBA 0.1 mg/L and 6-BA 2.0 mg/L for subculture proliferation,N6 without any hormone for seeding strengthening,and MS with IBA 0.5 mg/L for rooting.
