大型亚灰树花生物学特性研究

通过野外调查、菌种分离及室内试验观察,对亚树花生态特性、形态、显微结构及培养特征进行了研究。结果表明,在豫南,亚灰树花多发生于夏季阔叶树林内,其子实体大型,由菌盖、菌柄组成,单系菌丝。菌管较短,子实层由担子及担孢子组成,无囊状体。在PSA培养基上,菌落白色,绒状,具菌丝束及放射状纹,营养菌丝无色透明,有分枝,具横隔,无锁状联合。基内菌丝无色透明,多分枝,无锁状联合,可产生厚壁孢子。

A Study on the Biological Characteristic of Meripilus giganteus
