大型亚灰树花生物学特性研究

摘    要:通过野外调查、菌种分离及室内试验观察,对亚树花生态特性、形态、显微结构及培养特征进行了研究。结果表明,在豫南,亚灰树花多发生于夏季阔叶树林内,其子实体大型,由菌盖、菌柄组成,单系菌丝。菌管较短,子实层由担子及担孢子组成,无囊状体。在PSA培养基上,菌落白色,绒状,具菌丝束及放射状纹,营养菌丝无色透明,有分枝,具横隔,无锁状联合。基内菌丝无色透明,多分枝,无锁状联合,可产生厚壁孢子。

Abstract:A study on the biological characteristc of Meripilus giganteus was achieved.The results showed that the fungus had large sporocarps.It usually occured in broadleaf forests in summer.Its sporocarps were constituted with one kind of hypha and with strong fragrance.Its hyphal system was monomitic,with lock connections absent throughout.The alimentation hyphas were achromaticity,transparence,embranchment and with septas.The hyphas in the air were unbent and the most hyphas in medium were bent at culture conditi...
