“七一”水库的优化调度

摘    要:根据“七一”水库优化调度实施成果,闸述了水库优化调度的任务与方法。考虑该水库以灌溉为主,且需实行水电站的群体补偿调节等多重因素,在运用动态规划与马尔柯夫决策过程时,引进了灌溉与发电保证率双重罚因子方法,对计算方法进行了简化。提出了优化调度回检法及宏观控制与微观决策相结合的手段,使优化调度方案在实施过程中能取得最佳成效。

Abstract:Based on the practical results of optimum dispatching for Qi-Yi Reservoir, the task and the method of reservoir optimum dispatching were described. Considering the major task of the reservoir--irrigation, and the group com- pensating dispatching of the stations will be needed, etc, the double penalty factor method of irrigation and generating guarantee rate was introduced, in the process of using dynamic programming and Mark of strategic decision. This method was also simplified. The return-examination method for optimum dispatching, and the means which combines macro control with microscopic strategic decision were presented in this paper. With these measures, the most effect of optimum dispatching will be obtained in its practical process.
