| 摘 要： | 通过对新乡市国家基本气象站2003-2011年度夏季14∶00的气温和露天温度实况观测数据的对比分析,总体是一个上升的趋势,气温和露天温度分别上升了2.3℃和2.9℃。气温与露天温度在多云或阴天条件影响下差值为1.3℃、阴雨天平均差值为0.4℃、晴天平均差值为2.5℃,初步掌握了二者在以上几种天气因素影响下温度的变化规律。感觉露天温度更接近公众日常工作生活环境的温度,开展露天温度气象服务是必要的,也是可行的。

| Abstract: | Xinxiang national basic meteorological stations 2003-2011 annual summer temperatures and open 14∶00 live observations temperature comparative analysis,the overall trend is a rise in temperature and outdoor temperature rose by 2.3 ℃ and 2.9 ℃.Temperature and outdoor temperature in cloudy or overcast conditions,under the influence of a margin of 1.3 ℃,rainy days,the average difference of 0.4 ℃,the average difference for the sunny 2.5 ℃,initial grasp of the above two types of weather factors in the temperature of the changes in the law.Temperature closer to the public open-air feeling of working and living environment,daily temperature,weather services to carry out open-air temperature is necessary and feasible. |
