| 摘 要： | 试验旨在探索3种评价猪群健康的急性期蛋白(APP)指标之间的关系。随机采集表观健康猪和表观患病猪各31头的血液,利用ELISA试剂盒测定血清触珠蛋白(HPT)、主要急性期蛋白(MAP)与载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)的含量。结果表明:猪血清MAP浓度与HPT浓度显著正相关(r=0.999;P<0.01),与Apo-A1浓度低度相关(r=0.252;P<0.05)。提示机体MAP浓度与HPT浓度密切相关,为临床检验及实验室分析提供试验依据和理论指导。

| Abstract: | Thirty one apparent healthy pigs and thirty one apparent sick pigs were selected randomly to investigate the association of plasma levels of acute phase proteins in swine.The concentrations of haptoglobin(HPT),major acute phase protein(MAP),and apolipoprotein A1(Apo-A1) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) kits.A significant correlation(r=0.999;P<0.01) was observed between MAP and HPT in blood,while Apo-A1 and MAP had low correlation(r=0.252;P<0.05).It suggested that the correlation between MAP and HPT would provide experimental basis and theoretical direction for clinical examination and lab analysis. |
