微型遥控果园开沟机的研究与设计

摘    要:针对果园开沟仍然依靠人工、劳动强度大、效率低及小四轮、手扶拖拉机作业时通过性不好和操作不便等问题,设计了一种与微型遥控机械配套的果园开沟机。该机为遥控作业,可节省劳动力,降低了高度,通过性好,并采用附加减速器的方法改变传动比,实现了行走与作业速度不同的需求。根据运动学和动力学分析可看出,该机设计合理,功耗小,可在坡度角小于20°的斜坡上进行开沟,适合果园作业。

Abstract:For the problem of orchard that ditching is still relying on people, great labor-intensive, low efficiency, as well as bad through ability and inconvenience of small four-wheel and walking tractor, a orchard ditching machine, which matching to a remote micro-machinery, was developed. For its remote control operation, it can be labor-saving; Meantime it reduce the height, so it had good through ability , and through additional reducer to change the transmission ratio to achieve the operating speed of walking...
