生物技术在竹类植物上的应用进展与前景

摘    要:当前生物技术在竹子上的应用主要可归纳为竹子快繁、组织与细胞培养、开花人工诱导和遗传改良四个方面。竹子快繁技术集中于丛生竹幼枝的离体培养,已有4个竹种在生产上应用;组织与细胞培养在60多个竹种上获得成功;开花人工诱导对难开花的竹子来说是杂交育种和开花生理生化研究的理想研究系统,在10个竹种中诱导成功;运用生物技术进行竹子遗传改良尚待深入研究。生物技术在竹子上应用的重点应该是珍稀竹种或优良无性系快繁、生理和生化研究、竹子遗传改良。

Abstract:Presently, the application of biotechnology on bamboo can be categorized into the four aspects: bamboo micro propagation, tissue and cell culture,artificial inducement of flowering and, genetic improvement. For bamboo micro propagation, it is mainly used for sympodial bamboo seedlings' cultivation in vitro,and has been well applied to four bamboo species so far; Tissue and cell culture has achieved success over 60 bamboo species; Artificial inducement of flowering is an ideal research system of cross-breeding and flowering bio-physiology for some species with bad-induced flowering, which has proved successful in 10 species.However, Application of biotechnology for bamboo genetic improvement has much more to be furthered. So it draws a conclusion that application of biotechnology should be focused on some rare species or fine clone micro propagation, physical and biochemical research, bamboo genetic improvement.
