精恶唑禾草灵在土壤·植株和小麦中的残留分析

摘    要:[目的]建立精恶唑禾草灵在土壤、植株和小麦中残留分析方法.[方法]采用高效液相色谱,研究精恶唑禾草灵在土壤、植株和小麦中的残留.[结果]该方法的最小检出量为2×10-9g,最低检出浓度,对土壤为0.005 mg/kg,对植株为0.025 mg/kg,对小麦为0.010mg/kg.土壤中的平均添加回收率为83.0% ~ 89.8%,相对标准偏差4.4%~8.8%;植株中的平均添加回收率为93.1%~ 108.3%,相对标准偏差为2.5% ~14.8%;麦粒中的平均添加回收率为84.7% ~96.6%,相对标准偏差为4.4% ~8.5%.[结论]灵敏度、精密度和准确度都符合农药残留分析的要求.

Study on Residue Analysis Method of Fenoxaprop-P in Soil,Wheat Straw and Grain

Abstract:[Objective] A method was developed to determine residue of Fenoxaprop-P in soil,wheat straw and grain.[Method] Residue of Fenoxaprop-P in soil,wheat straw and grain was studied by HPLC.[Result] 'The limit of detection(LOD) was 2 × 10-9g and limit of quantification(LOQ) in soil,wheat straw and gain were 0.005,0.025 and 0.010 mg/kg.The mean recovery and related standard deviation (RSD) of this method in soil,wheat straw and grain were 83.0%-89.8% and 4.4%-8.8%,93.1%-108.3% and 2.5%-14.8%,84.7%-96.6% and 4.4%-8.5% respectively.[Conclusion] it was an effective method which attained the pesticide residue analysis demands in sensitivity,accuracy and precision.
