| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同化学试剂、不同浓度和不同时间的处理对无患子扦插生根的影响.方法]以无患子半木质化枝条为材料,研究ABT1号生根粉、吲哚丁酸在不同处理条件下无患子扦插生根和发育的影响.结果]ABT1号生根粉处理后的效果要优于吲哚丁酸,在浓度为200 mg/kg,处理时间为3h下生根率达到最高,为78.3％.而根的后续生长情况与试剂处理无明显联系.结论]不同激素处理能促进根的萌发,但对根的生长无明显影响.

| Abstract: | Objective] The effects of various treatments on the cutting and rooting of S.mukorossi Gaertn were studied,including different chemical reagent,concentration and handing time.Method] Taking half woodiness of branches as material,the effects of ABT1 and IBA on growth of S.mukorossi Gaertn were studied.Result] It was the best of rooting performance by dipping with concentration of 200 mg/kg ABT treating 3h.There was no significant correlation between the subsequent growth of root and the reagent processing.Conclusion] Different hormone treatment can promote the root germination,but has no significant effect on the growth of root. |
