丛枝菌根共生体中酚类物质研究

摘    要:菌根是丛枝菌根真菌侵染植物根系后形成的互惠共生体.在菌根形成过程中诱导植物产生多种酚类物质,如槲皮黄酮、黄酮醇、咖啡酸、对羟基苯甲酸、类黄酮等.酚类物质是植物重要的次生代谢产物,在菌根形成、水分及矿物质营养的吸收、植物生长发育和植物防御机制等方面具有重要作用.主要对丛枝菌根共生过程、植物酚类物质的合成途径、酚类物质的检测方法、酚类物质的生理效应、酚类物质在菌根共生方面的分子作用和酚类物质在寄主植物抗病虫害的作用等方面进行了论述,旨在为深入研究丛枝菌根真菌共生体中植物酚类物质提供依据.

Abstract:Arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM) is a root endosymbiosis between plants and glomeromycete fungi.In the process,AM fungi can induce plants to produce phenolic compounds such as quercetin,flavonols,caffeic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,flavonoids and so on.Phenolic compounds are important secondary metabolites in plant tissues,their roles in the formation of AM symbiosis,their roles in uptake of mineral nutrients and water,their roles in the growth and development of plants and their roles in defense mechanisms.This review describes the formation of AM symbiosis,biosynthesis of phenolic compounds,the physiological effects of phenols,detection methods of phenolic compounds,molecular response of microsymbionts to phenolic compounds and phenols as defense molecules operating against plant diseases and insect pests,so as to provide a basis for the further study of phenolic compounds induced by AM fungi.
