| 摘 要： | 近年来对丛枝菌根（arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM）真菌的生理生态特性、生物多样性及作用机制等方面已有了深入研究,其中AM真菌对药用植物的作用是目前菌根研究领域的热点问题.该文阐述了AM真菌对药用植物的生长发育、次生代谢物、抗性等方面的影响,并阐明其作用机理;综述近几年国内外的研究进展,讨论并展望了药用植物AM真菌的研究方向,为进一步探讨AM真菌在药用植物绿色栽培中的应用提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the eco-physiological characteristics,biological diversity and mechanism of AM fungi have been in-depth studied.However,the research on AM fungi in medicinal plants has been one of the hot topics.In this paper,the effects of AM fungi on growth,secondary metabolites,and stress resistance in medicinal plants were summarized,and the related functional mechanism was discussed.This review summarizes the recent progress of domestic and international,we prospect the research direction of AM fungi in medicinal plants,in order to provide theoretical basis for the application of AM fungi on green culture in medicinal plants. |
